Returns & Exchanges

At Almond Surfboards & Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-crafted gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unused apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original, unwashed condition with tags attached; please note that custom surfboards and used hardware are final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original mailer, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
